Yahoo Group

Moderators: Ronda Sprague, 703-393-7080 and Andrew Horowitz, 703-229-3109
NVMTA has established a Yahoo Group (loop) to keep members informed about our calendar of events. The primary purpose of the loop is to send out automatically generated reminders in advance of NVMTA meetings, events and postmark deadlines. The loop will also be used to notify members of schedule changes, additions, and corrections that don't make it into the Newsletter. NVMTA members may subscribe or unsubscribe automatically. To sign up for the loop, send a blank e-mail, with no subject and no text in the body to nvmta-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.

Have your name removed by sending a blank email, with no subject and no text in the body to nvmta-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com. The loop will not be used to send advertisements or promotions, except for those that are sponsored by or are directly related to NVMTA. Businesses and nonprofit groups wishing to reach our membership are encouraged to purchase space in the Newsletter. The Newsletter is also where member performances should be posted. Subject lines for loop messages will contain specific descriptions so that members may immediately delete items that don't apply to them. Meeting minutes from the past 12 months will be posted in the files section of the loop. Each time a new file is posted, members will be notified automatically. From time to time, NVMTA may choose to post other files on the loop which may be of interest to members, but which are not suitable for displaying publicly on www.nvmta.org. These files might include sample studio policies, budget reports, repertoire lists, etc.
